TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALE OF TICKETS FOR EVENTS BY EXTERNAL ORGANIZERS
Terms and conditions for online sale of tickets for events by external organizers

GENERAL PROVISIONS

- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms and Conditions’) regulate the online ticket sales for events by external organisers who, under an agency agreement, have authorized the Toruń Symphony Orchestra to sell tickets in their name and on their behalf.
- The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- “Events” means events with the participation of the audience,
- “Website for online tickets sales” means the website available at biletytos.pl,
- “Seller” is understood to mean an external organiser
- By purchasing an event ticket, you accept these Terms and Conditions, commit to their application, and consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of processing the order.

ONLINE SALE OF TICKETS
- The Toruń Symphony Orchestra, under an agency agreement, is authorized to sell tickets in the name and on behalf of the Seller.
- The Toruń Symphony Orchestra is only the Issuer of sales documents.
- All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
- Ticket payments are processed by PayPro Spółka Akcyjna, based in Poznań, Poland, at 15 Kanclerska St., 60-327 Poznań. The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register with the KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887, with a share capital of PLN 4,500,000.00, fully paid up, entered in the register of national payment institutions kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under the entity number in UKNF IP24/2014. The payment is processed via Przelewy24 Internet system.
- PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy is the operator of the payment cards. It is also based at 15 Kanclerska St., 60-327 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register with the KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887, Regon number 301345068.
- In order to make an online purchase for a ticket, please:
- fill out the form with your personal information (e-mail, name, phone number, invoice details if required)
- accept these Terms and Conditions
- submit an online order
- make a payment via wire transfer
- print the ticket received at the e-mail address indicated in the form.
- The order will be considered complete when the TOS confirms payment by the buyer's bank.
- If the buyer’s bank fails to confirm payment within 30 minutes of sending the order online, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- VAT invoices are available for online purchases and will be sent to the buyer's email address in PDF form.
- Only tickets for events of one Organizer/Seller may be included on one sales document.

TICKETS AND TICKET TYPES
- The TOS receives a fixed price list of tickets from the Seller.
- The ticket for the event will be sent in PDF form to the buyer’s email address and should be printed and presented for entry.
- Each ticket allows one-time entry to a specific event.
- Tickets are subject to one-time verification before entry. Tickets cannot be reused.
- For purchases of more than 10 tickets at a time, please call us for assistance. More information: kasa@tos.art.pl.

TICKET REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS
- Tickets purchased online are not refundable and it is not possible to exchange them for another ticket, except in the case of event cancellation.
- If an event is cancelled, the TOS will refund the payment to the bank account or credit card used for the purchase.
- Information about ticket refunds for cancelled events can be obtained by calling (+48) 56 642 43 79 or sending an email to kasa@tos.art.pl.
- For complaints, please contact us by email at kasa@tos.art.pl. The processing of complaints takes up to 7 working days from the date of receipt.
